(Translated by Google) A broker who acts against his client's interests to favor the tenant. He gave my tenant illegal and dangerous advice (denying access for repairs), jeopardizing the building's safety and violating the building regulations. A complete lack of professionalism and loyalty. A disgrace. I just realized he's been poisoning the relationship between the tenant and me for months. He didn't even reply to my message. There might even be some malicious intent.

After ignoring my messages for almost a month, he finally responded with inappropriate remarks about my skin color and tried to intimidate me. I also received an aggressive message from the tenant following this.

Despite paying his fees and signing the contract, I've witnessed a complete lack of loyalty and professionalism. He seems to favor the tenant at the expense of his client and fuels tensions instead of resolving them.

(Original)
